QuantaSing Group is an online learning service provider based in Beijing, China.

The company filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on Tuesday to conduct an initial public offering (IPO) and raise up to $60 million.

QuantaSing Group is the largest online service provider in China's adult learning market for personal interest courses, and offers financial literacy and marketing courses under various brands.

In June 2022, the company launched enterprise talent management services to provide online talent assessment, training, and learning services for enterprise customers' internal employee management.

The company's platform includes features such as live streaming, pre-recordings, and intelligent study toolkits.

 QuantaSing Group was founded in 2016 and generated $399 million in revenue for the 12 months ending September 30, 2022.

 The company plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol QSG and filed confidentially on September 29, 2022.

Citi and CICC are the joint bookrunners for the IPO, but no pricing terms have been disclosed.
